Raymond Lawery Handley age 92 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Blount Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Townsend, raised in Alcoa, Coast Guard Veteran, employed by Alcoa Inc. for 43 years, and a member of their 25-year club, avid fisherman, loved camping and watching sports, and going to Smokey Mountains and Townsend.
Preceded in death by: Parents, W. L. & Mabel Handley; 1st Wife of 51 years, Elise Hitch Handley; Sister, Zelma Roseburgh; Brothers, Mike & Don Handley; One Infant Brother.
Survivors include: 2nd Wife, Lorean Nuchols Handley; Son & Spouse, Steve & Linda Handley; Son & Spouse, Raymond Lee & Cora Handley; Grandchildren, Stephanie & Chase Anderson, Brian & Miranda Handley of Maryville; Stacie & Aaron Grisham of Ooltewaah, TN Great-Grandchildren, Sophie & Addison Handley, and Nash Anderson of Maryville, Cason Grisham of Ooltewaah.
