Effie was the Daughter of Adison and Sarah Jane (Wicker) Boren, and Effie was the First wife of Bert Stepp, they were Married on Oct./19/1904, in Hamilton County Indiana, and together they had three children, they were, Emitt Lamar Stepp, Eva Maxine Stepp (Small) and Robert A. Stepp, Effie died at Crystal Lake Iowa after living there for only four years, at the age of 35 years old. Effie had worked at the Noblesville Court House in the Marriage Department at one time. Effie's Obituary said that she was buried at the Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville, Hamilton County Indiana, but she was buried at the Weaver Cemetery in Noblesville, Hamilton County Indiana. When I went to the Weaver Cemetery, Effie did not have a Headstone.
