Hilda Mae Murph, 83, of Milton, went to be with Jesus on December 15th, 2014. Born and raised in Pensacola she was a member of the 1950 Graduating Class of Pensacola High School. While Hilda worked many jobs, her longest was with GC Murphy where she worked the Customer Service Desk for 18 years until settling in to be a homemaker for her husband Art. When Hilda wasn't traveling with Art, she was busy with her love of gardening; both indoor and outdoor plants were beautiful by her green thumb. She was of the Baptist faith and was a faithful member of Union Hill Baptist Church for several Years.
Hilda is predeceased by her parents; Essie & George Cotton Sr., Brother; George Cotton Jr., 1st husband; Jack Kirkland and 2nd Husband Art Murph. She is survived by her son; Jerry Murph, Grandson; Raymond Murph, Granddaughter; Reba Reliford, Sisters; Sherry Jean Bedsole & Rose Ann (Pat) Murphy and her beloved cat; Precious.

Visitation Friday, Dec. 19th 1-2:00 PM, Funeral Service at 2:00 PM with Rev. Mike Wetzel officiating, with Burial to follow all at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens
