Throughout her life, Janie worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant.
Janie is survived by her husband, Patrick McCormack of Vernon, Arizona; daughter, Lisa (Rusty) Warwick of North Carolina; stepson, Adam McCormack; step-grandson, Sheamus McCormack; 3 sisters: Olga Crowell, Celicia Olson, Mollie Frazier; brother, Jessie Martinez; 9 nephews; 2 nieces and is also survived by a special nephew, Dean Olson.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Zula Chalet.
The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will begin 11:00 A.M., Thursday, December 18, 2014 at St. Rita Catholic Church, 1400 E. Owens in Show Low, Arizona.
The concluding service and interment will immediately follow at the Show Low Cemetery.
