Brenda Kaye Farrar, age 63 of Cornersville, died Thursday, December 11, 2014 in Maury Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Farrar was a native of Maury County, Tennessee and daughter of the late Charles Edward and Ruth Mae Davis Luttrell. She was a member of the 1969 graduating class at Jones High School in Lynnville. She was the owner of ABC Child Care in Cornersville and member of the Cornersville Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, David Stanton Luttrell, Charles Luttrell, Jr., Jerry Luttrell, Sr., John Luttrell, Sr., and sister, Betty Ruth Wiley. She is survived by her husband, Gene Wilburn Farrar of Cornersville, three sons, Keith Eugene Farrar, Giles Steven Farrar, and Raymond Stanton Farrar all of Cornersville, six sisters, Dot Keith of Williamsport, Barbara Hicks of LaVergne, Thelma Johnson of Thompson Station, Elaine Culbertson of Cornersville, twin sister, Linda Gilliam of Cornersville, and Debbie Jones of Lynnville, and one granddaughter, Tori Curtis.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. from Cornersville First Baptist Church with burial to follow in New Hope Cemetery at Ostella.

The family will be at Cornersville Funeral Home Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday at 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at the church for visitation.

Cornersville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
