Mrs. Lunceford was born to Richard and Patricia (Doupe) DeLauder. She was raised in Mount Vernon, Ohio, where she graduated from high school in 1992. Following high school graduation, Marsha joined the U.S. Navy, serving her country for 3 years.
She met Brian L. Lunceford at El Centro Naval Air Facility, California, her first duty station. The couple was married on July 24, 1994, on Marsha's 20th birthday, in Mesa, Arizona. Marsha and Brian moved to NAS Whidbey in 1996, and ramained here until 2000, when they transferred to NAS Lemoore, California. They returned to NAS Whidbey in December 2003.
Marsha was an active volunteer for the Red Cross and the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. She enjoyed crafts and working with her computer.
Surviving are her husband, Brian; three children, twins Amanda and Alexander (age 11) and Ashley (age 10); parents Richard and Patricia of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; her grandmother, Leota DeLauder of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; and numerous other relatives.
A funeral service was held at Bryan-Braker Funeral Home, 1850 W. Texas St., Fairfield, California.
