Mrs. Signe M. Stevens
Mrs. Signe Maria Stevens, 74, widow of Duane E. Stevens, died on Thursday at 3:30 P. M., at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert Anderson, 31 Ellis Avenue. She is also survived by a son, William F. Stevens of Jamestown; a brother, John Johnson of Boniwood; three grandchildren, Albert Anderson of Jamestown; Mrs. Alice Chase of Warren, Pa. and Frederick Stevens of Buffalo, and two great grandchildren. She was born in Sweden on July 27, 1872 and had lived here nearly all her life. Funeral services will be held at the Henderson and Lincoln Chapel on Saturday at 2 P. M.. with Rev. Constant Johnson of the First Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Cemetery.
