Deloris E. Berhenke, 80, of Rock Island, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at Clarissa Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Funeral services will be 11am, Monday, November 10, 2014 at Rafferty Funeral Home, 2111-1st St A, Moline with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Greenveiw Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials can be made to Clarissa Cook Hospice House.
Deloris was born August 30, 1934 in Moline, the daughter of Frank and Minnie (Jones) Kopel. She married George A. Berhenke on May 31, 1958 in Rock Island.
Deloris retired from Heritage 53, Moline.
Deloris was a member of Grace Community Church of the Nazarene, Colona. She enjoyed camping, fishing, crocheting, cross stitching and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, George, Sr.; children, Wayne (Judy) Henrichs, Colona, Patty (James) Hill, Apex, NC, Robert (Robin) Berhenke, Moline, Bonnie Atkisson, East Moline, Denise (Mark) Mellinger, Moline and George (Tracy Carlson) Berhenke, Jr., Rock Island; 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister and 3 brothers.
