Lewis S. Ankney died last night in his residence, 710 Dorr Street. He had been an employee of the Ohio Brick Co. 32 years.

Surviving are sons, Floyd and Lawrence, Toledo, William, Alvin and Melvin, Ann Arbor,Mich.; daughters, Mrs. Elsie Taylor, Essex, Ont,; Mrs. Leona Gibson, Toledo,; Mrs. Lillian Carter, Sylvania; sisters, Mrs. Carrie Long, Carlton, Mich, Mrs. Yetta Long, Michigan Center, Mich,; Mrs. Clara Evick, Toledo, and Mrs. Melinda zimmerman, Point Washington,Ohio,; brothers, Gideon and Lester, Defiance, Ohio, and William, Toledo.

The body is in the Flagler Mortuary, Collingwood Memorial, where services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Grant Speer officiating. Burial will be in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
