Linda Ruby Bitela, 30, of Fort Knox, KY passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Mortuary, 206 Kings Way, Del Rio, TX 78840 with burial at the Sunset Memorial Oak Cemetery, Del Rio, Texas.

Linda Ruby Bitela went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 4, 2014, at her home in Ft. Knox, Kentucky, at the age of 30. She was born August 3, 1983, in Del Rio, Texas, to her father, Arturo Castillo (his wife Frances Castillo) and mother Edna Flores Brady (her husband Jim Brady). Jim was also a father to her. Her time with us was all too brief. She leaves behind a loving husband, Adrian Bitela and three beautiful children, A.J., Genesis, and Sarai Bitela. Linda is survived by her siblings: Carlos Castorena, Amy Hill, Benny Castorena, Michael Castorena, Jenifer Vargas Brady, Andrew Brady, Matthew Brady, Roy Adrian Austin, Gracie Olivares, Joseph Austin, and Adam Austin. Visitation will be held Friday, May 09, 2014, from 5:00 – 9:00 PM at the Trinity Mortuary Chapel. A Prayer Service will be held at 6:00 PM with Pastor Ruben Chairez officiating. A Chapel Service is scheduled for 3:00 PM Saturday, May 10, 2014, with Pastor Noe Ramirez officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Mija, your mom named you Ruby and that’s what you were to me. You truly were a precious gemstone in my life. I was proud to call you my daughter.
