BROCKTON, MASS. — Thomas E. Jones. 40. died Sept. 16. 1990, at University Hospital, Boston, alter a brief illness. He was born in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada, the son at Frank D. Jones and Mrs. John (Winnifred) Scannell. He was an Air Force veteran, having served in Vietnam.
He had been employed at the C.P.C. Co. of Stoughton, Mass.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by one daughter, Melissa M. Jones of St. Stephen, New Brunswick,Canada: two sisters. Mrs. Robert (Diane) Inbenthal at Houston, Texas, and Mrs. Ted (Pat) Wallace at Hilton Head Island, S.C.; one stepsister, Mrs. Gerry (Christine) Cox; one stepbrother, William Sargent; paternal grandfather, George F. Jones, all of Woodland; several nieces and nephews;
his step-mother, Mrs. Frank (Jennie) Jones at Woodland; stepfather, John Scannell of Brockton, Mass.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Baileyville Town Cemetery, Woodland.
