In 1890 they moved to Casey where they made their home with the exception of three years when they removed to Columbus, Indiana. Mr. Bliss was a blacksmith.
For several years he had been in failing health and last spring suffered a stroke of paralysis from which he never rallied.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Ellen, four children; Miss Daisy, Earl A., Jasper C., and Thomas B. Also surviving is one grandchild and one brother A.C.Bliss of Bragg, Oklahoma. Two infants preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held at the M.E. Church on Wednesday, December 12 at 2 p.m.
