Mrs. Johanna Keuer, 84, of R.1, Brillion, died Sunday at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Appleton, after a brief illness.
Born Oct. 15, 1883 in the Town of Brillion, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Zick and was married to William Keuer on April 12, 1906 in the Brillion Methodist Church.
The couple farmed in the Town of Brillion their entire married lives.
Mr. Keuer died in 1959.
Mrs. Keuer was a member of the Brillion United Methodist Church, the WSCS of the church, and the Happy Alcott Homemakers Club.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Loose of Sheboygan Falls, Mrs. Raymond(Lenora)Forsyethe of Green Bay and Mrs. Donald(Albertina) Gensler of Weyawega; four sons, Wilbert and Ezra, both of R. 1 Brillion, Wesley of Downy, Calif. and Victor of R.2, Brillion.
She also is survived by 19 grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Austin Huebner of Seymour, Mrs. Emily Wiese of Clintonville, Mrs. Sara Huebner of Milwaukee and Mrs Meta Felton of Brillion and one brother, Ben of Brillion. Two daughters preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2p.m. at the Brillion United Methodist Church with Dr. William Wiese officiating. Burial will be in the Highland Memorial Cemetery at Appleton.
Friends may call at the Weiting Funeral Home, Brillion from 3 p.m. Tuesday until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and at the church from 11 a.m. until the hour of services.
