James J. Riley, 83, Colonial Apartments, died Monday in Rose Hospital.
A retiree of Rome • Turney Radiator Co., he was born Aug. 11. 1885, in Newburgh, son of John J. and Anna Boyle Riley. Mr. Riley, who never married, was a member of St. Peter's Church and the Moose Lodge.
The funeral will be Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at the Griffin &
Aldridge Funeral Home and a 9 a.m. in St. Peter's Church, where a solemn requiem high Mass will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery. Calling hours are from 7 to to tonight and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Wednesday.
