Helen Gertrude Moore Grow, age 85 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at home.

Preceded in death by: Husband, Floyd O. Grow; Mother, Nora Best Moore Woodall; Dad, George Moore; Sisters, Bernice Widner, Arbadella Whistant, Loretta Myers; Brother, Roy Lee Moore; Brother-in-law, Harold Grow & wife Elsie. Helen was a lifelong resident of Blount County.

Survivors include: Sister, Beatrice English; Nieces, Glenda Myers Mayo & husband Ken, Barbara L. Cox; Nephew, Tim Myers & wife Barbara; Great Nephews, Brian Cox and Clay Cox & wife Rachael; Great-Great Niece and Nephews, Chelsea Cox and Caleb Cox; many other nieces and nephews; Brother-in-law, Randy Whistant; Childhood friend, Mary Condry; Very Special Caregivers and Friends, Frances Allen, Sue McCampbell, and Grace Hutsell.

The family would like to especially thank Maryville City Fire Department that was always so gracious when called.

Funeral service will be at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. George Macht officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 PM, Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
