James C. Moore
James C. Moore, 70, husband of Mary W. Moore, died suddenly yesterday. He suffered a heart attack while he was working in the back yard of his home in Coatesville RD, and was pronounced dead at Coatesville Hospital.
A native Chester countian, Mr. Moore was the son of the late James P. and Sarah Draper Moore. He attended the West Chester Business College and was employed by the West Chester State Teachers College.
Besides his wife,, he is survive by the following children: M. Elizabeth, wife of Lawrence E. Lawton, West Chester; Robert, Kennett Square; Margaret A. wife of Duer Cook, Malvern; and William E., Cincinnati O. There are 12 grandchildren.
Five sisters and one brother also survive; Mrs. Thomas Twadell, Chester Springs; Mrs. Raymond R. Blydenburg, Miss Louella Moore and Mrs. Horace Colehower, all of Media; Mrs. Calfin Coffman and Herbert P. Moore, both of St. Petersburg, Fla.
MOORE- In Coatesville, on February 25, 1959, James C., husband of Mary W. Moore, in the 71st year of his age.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral without further notice from the Wentz Funeral Home, 342 E. Chestnut St., Coatesville, Pa, on Saturday, February 28th, at 2 p.m. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery, West Chester. Friends may call at the Wentz Funeral Home on Friday evening.
