Paul K Moats, 68, of Grafton WV, died March 27, 1991.
He served in the US Army Air Forces in World War II and was shot down over Munich Germany. He was taken prisoner and interned at Stalag Luft I, Barth.
He was currently senior vice commander of the Barbed Wire Mountaineers Chapter No 1 of AXPOW.
He leaves his wife Helen, two sons, a daughter, a brother, and six grandchildren. Three grandchildren preceded him in death.
