There is NO stone for Alfred. This photo was added by someone else & is Eliza's stone. The cemetery record is :
Garland, Alfred 0 02/09/1929 Woodland 5 00015
Name age interment date Block Lot

Because the record says age = 0, somebody thought this was a baby, however, Eliza died in 1907, so I'm not seeing her baby buried in 1929. Sometimes, when a body is moved, the record for the 2nd burial will not contain age data, only interment date. So if you know the birth & death dates, feel free to change this memorial. Drop me a line & explain so I can erase all this stuff.

Should you take all this info with a grain of salt? Well, even tho he has the same parents, in his first marriage he was white , in his 2nd he was not.

no stone found- If this memorial is for a baby, why does he have a wife??? According to cemetery records, Eliza was 33 years old when she died in 1907. According to cemetery records, Alfred was 0 years old when he died in 1929. According to note below, Eliza was his mother?????? Records can be wrong, and sometimes if someone is moved from one place to another, the records will show 0 years, however, because the stone is gone for Alfred, who knows? I'm going to make a decision & say Alfred was interred here next to his wife & that if Eliza had a baby, it was buried elsewhere

This photo shows the remains of a missing headstone, possibly belonging to Alfred Garland, next to the toppled headstone of his mother, Eliza Garland. Both are located in the same Block: 5 Lot: 00015-(This is per the person who took the photos)
