Ronald Claude Widup Nov. 20, 1938 - Aug. 7, 2014 JACKSON, GA - Ronald Claude Widup, age 75, passed away August 7, 2014 from COPD. Ronald was born in Mishawaka, IN on November 20, 1938. He received an honorable release from the United States Air Force in 1961, worked at Holiday Rambler in Wakarusa, IN, and retired from Hennessy (Coats) in LaVergne, TN. He loved NASCAR, Notre Dame & Atlanta Braves & spending time with his family. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Claude & Rose Widup, his brother Jerry, his sisters Mary Germann & Madge Woolet, & 1 granddaughter. He is survived by Joann, his wife of 26 years, daughters Veronica (Greg) Taylor, Janeane (Charles) Purvis, Cynthia (Cameron) Canova, Julie (Gene) Pride, Toni (Edward) Everett, and Marsha Harris, 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, brother Dean (Darlene) Widup, and sisters Betty (John) Goodman, Nancy (John) Dreibelbis & Sue (Clyde) Mims. Sharrell-Westbury Funeral Home, Jackson, GA.
