"BURLINGTON JUNCTION, Mo.- Mrs. Clara Elizabetha Kelley, 92, died Wednesday at a hospital in Maryville, Mo.
"Mrs. Kelley was born in Quitman, Mo., but had lived in Burlington Junction several years. She was the widow of J.Z. (Bud) Kelley, who died in 1955.
"A member of the Christian Church here, Mrs. Kelley also belonged to the OES, the Loyal Ladies Club of the church, the 70 Plus Club, and the Garden Club.
"She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Faye Purcell of Grand Island, Neb., Mrs. Bessie (Betty) Tiemeyer of Langdon, Mo., Mrs. Lottie Eggleston, Ashville, N.C. and Mrs. Mattie Shipley and Mrs. Mary Van Buren, both of Burlington Junction; one brother, Edwin Palmerton, Hopkins, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Mollie Dawson, Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Mrs. Edward Jensen of North Dakota, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
"Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Burlington Junction Christian Church. The Rev. Don Barnett and the Rev. John R. Shipley will officiate. Burial will be in Ohio Cemetery here. Visitors will be received from 7:30 until 9 this evening at the Barr-Merrick chapel here."
