Villulia I. Harper, was the daughter of Alvis and Jane (McCullough) Harper, she married Sampson H. Brown in 1869 and they were the parents of eight children, Villulia, Mary J., Emma Leora, Cornelia I., Eugene Hubert, William Harvey, Leon Hubbell, Otto Hubbard.
