Marion Kinney Garland, 71, died Thursday. Born in Hancock County, she had lived in Baldwin County a number of years. She was retired from Central State Hospital. She was an Army veteran who served during World Warr II. She was a member of Hardwick Methodist Church. Survivors; Children, Lynn Avant and Ken Garland, both of Milledgeville; three grandchildren, and a stepgrandchild.
Services; 2 p.m. Sunday in Moores Funeral Home, Milledgeville. Burial; Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The Rev. Roy Daniels will officiate. Visitation; The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 tonight in the funeral home.
