After fighting in several battles he became a Reverend. On Sunday he was the preacher for the families close by.
My grandma(Stella Smith) played the organ/piano at the church services.

Thomas Auborn Smith married two daughters of James Nelson Landers and Sarah "Sallie" Sieber.

January 1874, Thomas married 1st, Lucy Virginia Landers, who died August 07, 1886.
Two years after her death ( September 25,1888) Thomas 2nd marriage was to Sarah Elizabeth Landers
