Kenneth Craig Shellhorn, 68, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014, in Mesa. He was born Dec. 6, 1945 in Silver City, N.M., the son of Charles Kenneth and Marjorie Jane Hass Shellhorn.
Craig was a rancher, truck driver and AZ Big Game hunting guide. He loved to ranch, it was his passion. He loved to be outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He loved his wife very, very much. Craig enjoyed life. His sense of humor will be missed by all of his family, friends, and loved ones.
He is survived by his wife, Myrna Shellhorn; sons: Keith Shellhorn, Kleve Shellhorn; daughter Korina Peralta; stepsons Kenny Steed, Shelby Steed; brother Denis Shellhorn; sisters Judy Hill, Robin Shellhorn; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Craig was preceded in death by his parents and brother Randy Shellhorn.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, at the Alpine Community Center in Alpine.
Interment will follow the services at the Alpine Cemetery.
