March 23, 1892
Mr. Joseph Ashby, father of Mrs. A.R. Frisbie, of Canon City, died there last week. He was a prominent member of the Christian Church and the A.F. & A.M. and A.O.U.W. fraternities. He was well known in this valley and highly respected by all who knew him.
