Mrs. Elizabeth Stickney of 1019 Chippewa Street, Flint, died Sept. 20, at Hurley Hospital there, Mrs. Stickney, a former resident of Gladwin County,was 87 years old and a widow of Sherman E. Stickney.
Four sons, George of Flint,William, Harley& Horace of Gladwin; one daughter, Mrs. Orpha Bruner of Farwell; 31 grandchildren, 101 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren survive her.
Funeral services were held at the home at 1:30 p.m. and at the Church of God at Deleware and Iowa streets, at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Rev.C.S. Sisler, followed by burial at Thetford Center.
