Major League Baseball Player. Played outfield and firstbase with the Washington Statesmen in 1891 of the American Association. In 1898, he played with the Washington Senators for two seasson. In 1900, he was purchased by the Boston Beaneaters and the following year jumped to the Boston Americans of the American League. He was a member of the 1903 World Series Championship team that beat the Pittsburgh Pirates. He played in eight of the games and had nine hits. In his 11 year career, he batted .293 with 82 homeruns leading the league in 1899 with 25 and again in 1903 with 13. (bio by: Robert)
