~SACRED TO THE MEMORY OF FLOYD HARVEY LEACH~
There are not words enough to describe my brother Floyd. I would call him on the phone and chat about death and many subjects in the Bible. He said to me once, "You know Tut, I have apologized to God for the condition of this earth. I used to be a proud American, but when they stopped the draft and took prayer out of school they sent a lot of the younger generation on a course of confusion, and I can't honestly say today, that I am proud of this country."
Floyd made this statement many times, "there are only two powers to follow, GOD and SATAN. Why would anyone in their right mind turn away from God?"
Floyd looked forward to the resurrection to eternal life. That was his goal, as it is mine. He was a great man just as all my brothers were. We were raised on Jesus Christ.
Floyd has two daughters and one son he left behind, along with one brother Jim, and five sisters.
Floyd operated heavy machinery, for gas lines, sewers, water mains, etc. He worked in different states, He was a good worker and took pride in his work.
Floyd was a reader, He read westerns and detective mysteries mostly. He loved boating, fishing and camping out. He was a great fan of George Jones, his gospel songs were played at Floyd's service. George Jones
Floyd had been sick a while and always remarked, "I'm ready when He calls."
I have no worries about the destiny of my family, but it is still very painful when they go.
I will always love, respect and miss you Floyd, until we meet again our love and memories will sustain.
