ESTILL -- Kenneth Burnell Jarrell, 80, of Estill, died Wednesday, July 6, 2005, in his home.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today and until 3 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home in Hampton.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in Nixville Baptist Church, with burial in the Nixville Baptist Church cemetery.
Mr. Jarrell was born Jan. 31, 1925, in Hampton County, a son of James and Winnie Mason Ginn Jarrell.
He had retired from the maintenance department at Westinghouse Corporation in Hampton and was a member of Nixville Baptist church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ola Mae Bowers Jarrell.
Survivors include three daughters, Sandra A. Jarrell and Gail J. Rivers, both of Nixville, and Nancy J. Wilson of Fripp Island; a sister, Roberta Bowers of Brunson; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
