For info, Captain YOUNG was a passenger aboard UH-1H serial 68-16512 when it was shot down near Memot, Cambodia, on 02 May 1970. Then assigned to HQ Co, 2nd Battalion, 34th Armor, Captain YOUNG was captured. Several returning POWs reported they were present when YOUNG died in captivity on 17 Sep 1972.
YOUNG's remains were repatriated on 27 Apr 1989 with positive identification announced on 05 Nov 1997.
