Cloyce Bernard Smithee, 76, of Hoxie, passed away Monday, June 2, 2014 at the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.

Born May 1, 1938 in Minturn, son of Sid and Thelma Brand Smithee. He was a veteran of the United States Army, and former owner and operator of the Ark-Mo Tractor Salvage.

He was united in marriage to Alice Louise Gosha November 28, 1964 who preceded him in death February 17, 2007. He was also preceded by his Father, Sid Smithee, three brothers, infants, Garland and Leland Smithee and Boyce Smithee.

Survivors include his son Brad (Bonnie) Smithee of Paragould; three grandchildren, Seth, Hannah and Abby Smithee all of Paragould; his mother, Thelma Smithee of Walnut Ridge; three sisters, Freda Wall of St. Augustine, Florida, Sue (David) Fallis of Ozark and Geraldine (Roy) Rogers of Hoxie; beloved companion, Glenna Whitlow of Paragould; two sister-in-laws, Patsy Mosier of Paragould and Barbara Gosha of McDonough, Georgia; a brother-in-law, Dean Gosha of Rockford, Illinois and many other relatives and friends.
