He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Busler.
He is survived by his wife Cheryl Webb; of Newport; children, Rickey Webb, II of Newport; Stacey (Greg) Kelley of Newport; Jamie Prince of North Carolina; mother Pauline Busler of Newport; brothers, Jackie (Sabrina) Busler of Newport; Donny (Judy) Busler of Morristown; Charles Stuart of Newport; sisters, Mary (Thomas) Busler of Newport; Imogene Robinson of Bean Station; Norma Jean (Joey) Cunningham of Morristown; Penney (David) Messer of Newport; Judy (Ed) Hurst of Newport and Cookie Lloyd of Newport; grandchildren, Courtney Kelley, Josh Kelley, Tailor Webb, Adysen Kelley, Hannah Prince, and Emily Prince and a host of other family and friends.
