A funeral service for Nora Dell Bentley "Nona", age 90, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 10:00 AM at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Como Monday, June 2, 2014 with Rev. L.D. Baxley officiating. Interment will follow at Como Cemetery with Chad Beck, Chase Beck, Mckrae Bentley, Timmy Alexander, Steven Alexander and Kyle Cordell serving as pallbearers. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.

Nora Dell Bentley passed away at Rock Creek Health and Rehab. Friday, May 30, 2014.She was born on August 14, 1923 to Burl G. Gibbons and Mamie (Harlow) Gibbons. She married Willie Elmo Bentley in Hopkins County in 1943; he preceded her in death in 1998. Mrs. Bentley was a seamstress at H.D. Lee and worked in food service and home health care. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Como.

Survivors include: sons, Mike Bentley and wife Elaine and Ronald Bentley; daughters, Virginia Wilson and husband Bill and Diane Woodard; sisters, Betty Taylor and Burrell Dean Merritt, all of Sulphur Springs; twelve grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by son, Willie Adrian Bentley; sisters, Pat Glasscock and Doris Dodd; and brothers, Pete Gibbons, Charlie Gibbons, and Hershell Gibbons
