ATHENS-Mrs. V.S. Jameison, 63, Elkmont, died in Clearwater, Fla. Friday at 8:30 p.m. She was a former resident of Decatur.
Funeral services are to be Monday at 2 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home chapel here with burial in Decatur City Cemetery. The body is to arrive in Decatur by train Monday morning.
Survivors include her husband, Virgil S. Jameison, Elkmont.
She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Decatur, and a past worthy matron of the Easter Star Lodge at Decatur.
Pallbearers are to be Fred Gray Jr, George Gray, Carl Robinson, Wilson White, Roy Spofford, and Ed Battles.
