NEWPORT -- Patsy Ann Foland, 77, of Chuckey, formerly of Newport, died Thursday evening at her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Foland; a daughter: Marsha Foland; her parents: Charlie and Juanita Holt Templin; a brother: Gene Templin; and a sister: Sue Collier.
Mrs. Foland is survived by her daughters and a son-in-law: Rosemary Fleischman of Chuckey, Charlene and Ronnie Russell of Mosheim; her sons and a daughter-in-law: Danny Foland, Albert and Karen Foland and Johnny Foland, all of Greeneville; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Dale Templin of Rutledge and Harold and Dorothy Templin of Newport; a sister: Violet Templin of North Carolina; grandchildren: Adam and Dawn Foland, Carrie Russell, Pamela and Tony Darnell, Brandon and Ashley Russell, Shannon and Amber Foland, Danny Foland Jr., Kathleen and Regina Foland, Daniel Foland, and Angel and Chanse Yokely; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family expressed a special thanks to the staff of Caris Hospice of Greeneville for their compassionate care.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Brown Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Tony Darnell officiating.
Burial will be held in Blazer Cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
