David Hinzman, Long Ill, Dies
David D. Hinzman of 501 East Maple street, passed away last night in a local hospital following a long illness.
A native of Avon, South Dakota, Mr. Hinzman was 58 years of age. He had made his home in the Lodi district for the past nine years where he has been the owner and operator of the T and D Auto Court. Before this time he was engaged in farming in South Dakota.
Mr. Hinzman was the husband of Mrs. Rhoda Hinzman of Lodi and the father of Miss Eloise Hinzman and Mrs. Lola Berndt of Lodi.
He is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Ted A. Hinzman, Lodi; William Hinzman, Yankton, S.D.; Manuel Hinzman, Eagle Butte, S.D.; Mrs. L.L. Brokofshy, Lodi; Mrs. Amelia Hobner, Avon, S.D.; and Mrs. Maude Hebner, Bristow, Nebraska.
The deceased also leaves a grandson, Durane Berndt of Lodi.
