She resided at Alms House and died at the Columbia Hospital of marasmus, arteriosclerosis and gangrene of the foot. The informant was Frank Andrews of Columbia, S. C.
I believe she can be found on the 1880 US Census for Hope, Williamsburg, South Carolina at age 34 enumerated as M. C. Hutson, living with Saml., 36, M. E., 13, C. E., 10, M. D., 8, and B. A., 6. All were born in SC.

C.; a niece, Mrs. Daisy Huguoelet; four nephews, S. P. Hoffman, Columbia, Wade Hoffman, Jacksonville, J. C. Hoffman, Ridgeway and F. E. Andrews, Columbia.
