Well Known Pon Planter, Dies After Long Illness
Mr. N. C. Foster, a farmer who lived in the Pon neighborhood, died Monday night, after an illness of several months. He was 69 years old and a most excellent citizen. The interment took place at Antioch Wednesday.

Per my family records my Aunt Louise Foster stated Mary aka Fannie Peeler Foster raised their 4 children on her own moved to Evansville with her daughter Mae Foster Fryer. She passed in 1940. Buried in Springhill Cemetery. Nashville Tenn.

nathan foster married martha blanks in trigg co ky and had four children wm, james, john h , and lucy. he remarried mary f peeler in 1878 in christian co ky a child of nathan was born by this second marriage unable to locate death record, possible 1880 or...(Read more)
