Garden City -- Agnes Burgardt, 60, died March 7, 1990, at her home at Garden City. She was born June 20, 1929, at Park, the daughter of Clem A. and Mary Zerr.

A resident of Garden City since 1963, she was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church, Garden City.

On Aug. 10, 1948, she married L.M. "Vern" Burgardt at Park. He survives.

Other survivors include: two sons, Thomas J. and William J., both of Garden City; two daughters, Judy Tate, Garden City, and Patranella M. Burgardt, Wichita; father, Clem A., Park; two brothers, Leonard Zerr, Quinter, and Eddie Zerr, Grainfield; two sisters, Clemie Dreiling, Hays, and Marie Kriley, San Antonio, Texas; and six grandchildren.

Vigil service will be at 8:00 p.m. Friday at St. Dominic Catholic Church, Garden City. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with Monsignor Norbert C. Temaat presiding. Friends may call from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at Garnand Funeral Home, Garden City. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery, Garden City.

Memorials may be sent to the M.A.S.H. Hospice, Garden City, in care of the funeral home.
