MRS. HOGAN, 93, SUCCUMBS
ONETIME NASHVILLE WOMAN DIED IN MINNESOTA; CATHOLIC RITES HELD
Mrs. Margaret Hogan, 93, widow of Thomas S. Hogan and former Nashville resident for many years, died Saturday at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Leo T. Hogan, in Mankato, Minn.
Funeral rites were held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Mankato Monday, after which the body was brought to Blair. With the Campbell Mortuary in charge, burial took place in Holy Cross Cemetery here Wednesday morning.
Mrs. Hogan, as Margaret Colligan, was born at Iowa City, Ia., Mar. 28, 1863. She and Mr. Hogan were married at Lyons in 1894 and were Nebraskans for many years. Mr. Hogan died in 1930. He was a veteran employee of the M. & O. Railroad.
Surviving the elderly ex-countian are her son, Leo; a daughter, Alice, also of Mankato; one granddaughter, Mary Clare Hogan of Omaha; two brothers, William Colligan of Lyons and John Colligan of Oakland; and four sisters, Mrs. Clyde Barton of Pender, Misses Nelle, Mary and Alice Colligan of Oakland.
