Water Utility Employee Dies At Home This Morning
Walter Skrzypczynski, aged 62 years, for the past few years being employed in the water department f the public utility, passed away this morning at the family home, 1212 South Nineteenth street. He had been in failing health for the past several months.
Mr. Skrzypczynski was born in Poland in 1867 and spent his early life there. He was married there in 1890 to Agnes Wayer and a year later they emigrated to America, coming to Manitowoc to make their home.
Besides the widow a family of six children survive, Mrs. Max Kupczak and Miss Verna of Milwaukee, Mrs. Rudolph Armatski, Mrs. Edward Scherer, John and Joseph, all of this city.
The deceased was a member of the St. Joseph society. Burial will take place Saturday morning at 8:30 from the St. Mary's church with interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
