William Albert Leech
Birth: Feb. 3, 1832
Death: Jul. 20, 1870

Civil War Union Brevet Brigadier General. Served in the Civil War as Major of the 17th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, then as Lieutenant Colonel of the 90th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry. He was brevetted Brigadier General, US Volunteers on March 13, 1865 for "gallant and meritorious services". (bio by: Russ Dodge)
