Kathleen worked at Smith College in the theater department and taught at Cathedral High School. She also worked as a poll worker for many elections. While living in Mexico she also taught many children.
Kathleen was pre-deceased by her husband, Bill, son, Gregory, her brother, Sam Barnard and both of her parents. She left behind her daughter, Alicia, and her partner, Javier, son, Lawrence, and his wife, Kim along with two grandchildren, Geoffrey and Alexis.
Kathy enjoyed walking, playing bridge, and finding shark's teeth at the beach along with practicing her Catholic faith.
