Whitson Funeral Home. Mr. Hawkins died Saturday, April 17, 2010, at his home in Cookeville.He was born June 14, 1951, in Jackson County to the late Allan and Anna Bull Hawkins.
His family includes his wife, Julie Hawkins of Cookeville; a son, Jamie Hawkins of Cookeville; a daughter, Crystal Swallows of Cookeville; a stepson, Robert Souza of
Cookeville; a brother and sisterinlaw, Roy and Donna Hawkins of the Dodson Branch Community; two sisters and brothersinlaw, Earlene and Leon Nevins of Avon, Ind., and Irene and Fred Gamble of New Salem, Ind.; four grandchildren, Hannah Swallows and Audrey, Kelsey and Leah
Hawkins; and several nieces, nephews, greatnieces
and greatnephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two greatnephews.
