My father was J.D. Baker and to me he was famous. As my cousin, Mike, said at his funeral...."he was a man's man and everyone that knew him loved him". He was the son of Rev.EK and Levadah Ramsey Baker. He had a sister and a brother with several nieces and nephews. His 3 really big loves after Jesus were Mom, myself and my daugher. Dad,you loved me unconditionally and I will always appreciate and hold you dearly in my heart for who you were. Mom and I will miss you everyday of our lives. I know that you are in Heaven singing bass in the big choir and playing football with Joe Temple, God bless his soul, as well. My father adored his religion, his family, sports, sports, and sports. He was a part time DJ and loved Gospel bluegrass music.
