Former Pentacostal preacher turned Comedian. Appeared in the movie 'Back to School' (1986) and was seen on 'Saturday Night Live'. While married to his third wife, Malika Souiri, Sam had cleaned up his life of booze and drugs. Ironically, he was killed in a car crash on his way to a show in Laughlin, Nevada. Malika was also seriously injured but survived. They were hit head on by a drunk driver. (bio by: Phantomht)
