Passed away April 8, 2014 at 9:10 a.m. Retired from Department of Transportation and land surveying business. Dewayne was a family man, loved by all who knew him. Great husband, father and grandfather. He loved gardening and giving to the neighbors. Preceded in death by parents; brothers and sisters-in-law, Glen and Stella Walker, James Houlk Walker; sister, Virgie Gabriel; sister-in-law, Gladys Walker; brothers-in-law, Richard Gabriel, Floyd Brantley, Jake Dennis, Archie Emory, Arvil Nelson, Hurless Henegar, Lowell Rutherford; nephews, Eddie Walker, Ronnie Brantley, J.A. Dennis, Steve Rutherford; niece, Martha Nelson.
