| Birth: | Sep. 6, 1891 | | Death: | Jan. 30, 1941 |  Mr. Omar Mason Ariail, 48, prominent citizen of Banks County, died at the local hospital Wednesday night after being rushed here a few days before, having suffered a cerebral hemorrage. His home was in Maysville. He was born in Franklin County, the son of Lettie Duncan and James Leland Ariail. At an early age he was married to Miss Hattie Strange and a few years later moved to Maysville, engaging in the mercantile business and also in farming. Mr. Ariail was of a quiet, unassuming disposition, honest, trustworthy and reliable. He was good to his family and friends and the unusually large gathering of friends and relatives and the large floral offerings at his funeral attests to the popularity in which he was held by the people of Jackson and Banks Counties. At the time of his death he was a deacon of the Maysville Baptist Church and was a Mason. Funeral services were conducted from the Baptist Church in Maysville Friday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, the Rev. JB Brown, assisted by Rev. JB Logan of Athens, officiating. Pallbearers were Messrs. LW Eberhart, Floyd Savage, TP Anderson, ML Payne, John T.
