Clarabel Cluney, 86, of Glasford, Ill., passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014, at her residence.

She was born March 12, 1928, in Canton, Ill., to Dale and Georgia (Snider) Fouts. She married Harley Cluney on July 30, 1949, in Canton. He preceded her in death.

Surviving are four children, Barbara Duquenne of Peoria, Julianna (Jon) Herreid of Eureka, Ellen (Randall) Jennings Fairfield of Jacksonville and Mitchell (Cheryl) Cluney of Glasford; and one brother, Drexel (Linda) Fouts of Peoria.

Also preceding her in death was a grandchild, Aaron Duquenne.

Clarabel was a homemaker and helped Harley on the farm.

She was a charter member of Canton Assembly of God Church, where she taught Sunday school and played the organ for many years.

She loved quilting, knitting, crocheting, sewing and gardening.

Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.
