Lucinda Robbins Miller, daughter of Jack and Manda Robbins, was born on Grounds Creek April 10, 1867 and departed this life April 18, 1939, aged 72 years and 8 days.
She married John F. Miller September 26, 1884; to this union ten children were born, six of whom preceded her in death.
She was converted soon after her marriage and joined the Grassy Creek General Baptist Church.
She leaves her husband, two sons, William of Bessville, Mo.; Arthur of Glen Allen, Mo.; two daughters, Mrs. Steve Page of Lutesville, Mo.; Mrs. Abbie Braggs of Glen Allen, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Sam Virgin of Zalma, Mo.; and Mrs. P.R. Fowler of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; 24 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
"Aunt Cindy" as she was called, had been in poor health for several years.
